Searching Saturday is a weekly meme created by the night is dark and full of books. The idea is to search for a book that is new to you and fits the weekly topic. After finding the book you write a post about the book and add the book to your TBR!
For today we must search for books of which the actors last name starts with an a.
Are you a special snowflake?
Do you enjoy networking to advance your career?
Is adulthood an exciting new challenge for which you feel fully prepared?
Ugh. Please go away.
This book is for the rest of us. These comics document the wasting of entire beautiful weekends on the internet, the unbearable agony of holding hands on the street with a gorgeous guy, dreaming all day of getting home and back into pajamas, and wondering when, exactly, this adulthood thing begins. In other words, the horrors and awkwardnesses of young modern life.
Why I chose it:
I scrolled through a list of books that would be coming out in march and saw a Sarah Anderson book. I looked it up and it sounded interesting. While learning that the books was a second in a series I looked up the first and also enjoyed reading the synopsis. I want to read more graphic novels and this one gets rave reviews. Also it describes a part of my live haha.
